胃神口服液对胃癌前病变大鼠IL-2 NK细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃神口服液对胃癌前病变大鼠IL-2、NK细胞的影响。方法:在临床疗效被肯定的基础上,首先建立大鼠胃癌前病变模型,并借助该模型,通过对胃神口服液及其拆方(活血化瘀方、软坚散结方、清热解毒方),采用白介素生物活性测定法检测IL-2、乳酸脱氢酶测定法检测NK细胞活性,观察各组药物对胃癌前病变大鼠IL-12、NK细胞的影响。从而进一步探讨胃神口服液治疗胃癌前病变的作用机理及其方剂配伍意义。结果:各治疗组的NK细胞活性和IL-2含量均高于自然恢复组(P<0.01),其中NK细胞活性胃神组最高,其次为活血化瘀组与清热解毒组。IL-2含量胃神组与清热解毒组最高,与其他两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:由此可推出,活血化瘀和清热解毒中药增加NK细胞活性效果较好,也许是其具有抗癌作用的一个方面。软坚散结、活血化瘀、清热解毒等中药可促进活化T81细胞、B细胞等释放IL-12,提高机体的抗肿瘤免疫,其中起主要作用的是清热解毒药。Objective ：To investigate the effects on IL -2 and NK cells of the rats with gastric carcinoma precancerosis by taking Weishen Oral - taking Preparation. Methods ： First, to set up models of the rats with gastric carcinoma precancerosis on the basis of clinical curative effect being affirmative. Then by drawing the assistance from this models and through Weishen Oral Preparation and its partial prescriptions （of invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis, softening hard nodes or masses, eliminating beat and toxin）, we detect the cytoactivities of IL - 2 and NK cells by adopting the mensurations of interleukin bioactivity and LDH. And then to observe the effects on IL - 2 and NK cells of the rats with gastric carcinoma precancerosis of taking different group of medicine. Thereby, we can further discuss the mechanism and compatibility significance of Weishen Oral - taking Preparation in treating gastric carcinoma precancerosis. Results ：The NK and IL -2 cells＇s cytoactivities of every curing group is higher than of the one of spontaneous recovery group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The NK cell＇s cytoactivity is highest in the group of ＂Weishen＂, the next are groups of ＂invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis＂ and ＂eliminating heat and toxin＂. The content of IL - 2 in groups of ＂Weishen＂ AND ＂eliminating heat and toxin＂are highest, having significant difference compared with the other two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）and having no significant difference between themselves（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：From above, we can find that：the Chinese medicinal herbs for ＂invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis＂ and ＂eliminating heat and toxin＂ have comparative good effects in increasing the cytoactivity of NK cell,maybe it is just one aspect of the antitumous effect. The Chinese medicinal herbs for ＂softening hard nodes or masses＂ ,＂invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis＂and＂eliminating heat and toxin＂can promote the activation of T114 -cell and B
