首乌降脂片治疗高脂血症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:首乌降脂片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效观察。方法:首乌降脂片治疗高脂血症之肝肾阴虚证112例,6周后进行疗效观察。结果:首乌降脂片调脂疗效总有效率为56.25%,中医证候疗效总有效率为88.39%。治疗前后比较,中医证候积分显著下降(P<0.01);治疗前与治疗后血清TC、TG差值分别为(0.64±0.81)mmol/L(P<0.01),(0.79±1.41)mmol/(P<0.01);治疗后与治疗前血清HDL-C差值为(0.25±0.29)mmol/L(P<0.01),AI差值为(0.61±1.40)(P<0.01)。结论:首乌降脂片治疗高脂血症,疗效肯定。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of shouwu jiangzhi tablets in the treatment of hypedipemia. Methods ： 112 cases of hyperlipemia of deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin were treated by shouwu jiangzhi tablets. The clinical efficacy is observed after 6 weeks,treatment. Results： The total effective rate in regulating blood lipids was 56.25%. The total effective rate in syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine was 88.39%, Compaired with pre -post treatment, integral of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine descented obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of serum TC, TG before and after treatment was （ 0.64 ± 0.81 ） mmol/L（ P 〈 0.01 ）, （0.79 ± 1.41 ） mmol/L（ P 〈 0.01 ）, respectively. The difference of serum TC , AI after and before treatment was （0.25 ± 0.29 ） mmol/L （ P 〈 0.01 ）, 0.61 ± 1.40 （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, respectively. Conclusion： Shouwu jiangzhi tablets have curative effect affirmation to cure hyperlipemia
