摘  要:笔者从采自陕北沙漠的沙土中分离出一株链霉菌A1。通过对其进行的包括形态、生理生化特性等方面的研究,初步确定其为链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。室内活性测定结果表明该菌株具有广谱、较强的抗真菌和细菌活性。盆栽试验中,A1菌株的发酵液对小麦白粉病的保护作用达到87.85%,治疗效果也达到81.19%。田间试验结果表明A1菌株的发酵液对黄瓜霜霉病的相对防治效果为78.97%,是一株具有广谱抗菌活性的潜力菌株。Strain A1 was isolated from sand in desert area of Shanbei, China. Based on the test results of morphology, physiology and biochemistry characteristics, we proposed it primarily as a Streptomycete. The results of fungicidal activity of fermentation products showed that Strain A1 had broad-spectrum and strong activity against pathogenic fungi and bacteria. The results of pot tests showed that the fermentation broths exhibited a protective efficacy of 87.85 % and a therapeutic efficacy of 81. 19 against Erusiphe graminis. The field tests results showed that the fermentation broth of strain A1 exhibited a relative efficacy of 78.97 % against Pseudoperonospora cubensis.
