金匮肾气丸对肺纤维化大鼠肺组织转化生长因子β_1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨金匮肾气丸防治肺纤维化作用机理。方法用平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型大鼠后,用药组每天灌胃金匮肾气丸,28d后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达。结果模型组大鼠肺组织中TGF-β1表达均明显高于正常对照组及用药组(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸能明显抑制肺组织中TGF-β1过度表达。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jinkuishenqi wan （JGSQ） on pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycinA5 in SD rats. Rats in treatment group were killed after being treated by JGSQ daily for 28 days. The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopathological studies. The contents of transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1） in lungs were measured and compared. Results The contents of TGF-β1 in lungs increased sigrdficantly in model group as compared with normal group and treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion JGSQ could sigrdficanfly alleviate the increased TGF- 131 expression in lung of pulmonary fibrosis rats.
