摘  要:目的观察参蛤益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠气道炎症因子及气道病理形态的影响。方法SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、COPD模型组、金水宝对照组及参蛤益肺胶囊低、中、高剂量组,烟熏加脂多糖法造模,观察各组治疗后肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及气道病理组织学变化。结果参蛤组IL-8、TNF-α水平比模型组减低(P<0.01),气道病理改变较轻。结论参蛤益肺胶囊具有一定的抑制COPD气道炎症的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shengeyifei capsule on the inflammatory mediators in the airway and the pathology of the airway in the rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary diserse (COPD)Methods 60 SD rats were divided randomly into normal group, COPD model group, Jinshulbao control group and Shengeyifei groups. The COPD model was established by smoking and infusing lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The level of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-α) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured and the pathology of the airway and lung tissue was observed after treatment on the rats. Result The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in Shengeyifei groups were lower than in COPD model group (P〈0.01), the pathological changes were also lessen in Shengeyifei groups. Shengeyifei capsule has inhibitory effect on inflammation in the airway with COPD.
