硬膜外导管在第二鳃裂瘘和甲状舌管瘘手术中的应用

摘　　要：第二鳃裂瘘和甲状舌管瘘在临床上较为常见。作者收治18例,手术时,先将硬膜外导管插入瘘管中,便于辨认及分离瘘管,顺利将瘘管完整切除,无一例发生意外。认为将硬膜外导管插入鳃裂瘘和甲状舌管瘘内,可使手术操作简便,易于辨认瘘管,不易将瘘管撕裂,确保手术安全、可靠、有效。The second branchial fistula and thyroglossal fistula are relatively common lesions. In this paper the author reported 18 cases with second branchial fistula and thyroglossal fistula. During operation, a extradural catheter was put into the fistula. The fistula was then easy to be recognized and separated owing to the duct in the fistula, The fistula was completely excised and none developed complications or recurrence. The author believed that insertion of an extradural catheter into the fistula can make the excision simple, convenient and safe.
