摘　　要：目的:通过复方虫草制剂(CS)在人-猪间异种皮肤移植中孵化皮片和局部外用,观察其对皮片存活时间的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:①以环孢素A(CsA)和生理盐水(NS)作对照,孵化人皮片后移植于贵州香猪并局部用药;②术前术后行外周血和皮肤的相关免疫指标检测。结果:①CS能延长皮片移植后存活时间(21.20 d±3.19 d),与NS组(10.17 d±1.94 d)相比P<0.05,与CsA组相比P>0.05;②CS及CsA组移植局部炎性细胞浸润少而NS组有大量炎性细胞浸润;③术后CS组CD4、CD8、IL-2、IgG表达明显低于而IL-10表达明显高于NS组,但与CsA组相比P>0.05。结论:局部应用CS可明显延长皮片存活时间,其机制与CS抑制细胞免疫及体液免疫有关。AIM ： To investigate the effect of compound of cordyceps sinensis （CS） and tripterygium hypoglaucum on survival time of the heterologous human - pig graft skin. METHODS ： CS solution were used to hatch the skin graft and CS was used locally. Ciclosporin A （CsA） and normal saline solution （NS） were used in control. Besides, skin HE staining was detected and CD4, CD8, IL- 2 and IL - 10 were also examined before and after operation. RESULTS： The survival time of the graft skin treated with CS was （21.20 ±3. 19） days, while the control group treated with NS was （10. 17± 1.94 ） days （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After operation, CD4, CD8, IL - 2 in CS group were lower than those in NS group, and IL - 10 in CS group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： CS effectively prolongs the survival time in heterologous graft skin and its mechanism might be that CS inhibits cell -mediated immunity and humoral immunity.
