摘 要:蓄水渗膜是一种用于荒漠化地区生态恢复、抗旱节水造林的新材料技术。本文对用于蓄水渗膜的导水纤维进行了研究。导水涂层纤维是由植物纤维及其表面制备的具有分子导水功能的涂层组成。采用PerkinElmer Diamond SⅡ综合热分析仪、Cambridge Instrument STEREOSCAN360扫描电镜、XSP-9F型光学显微镜和显微图像分析仪、M30快速水分测定仪对设计的导水涂层纤维的涂层材料脱附水特征、可控缓释水特性做了分析研究;将导水涂层纤维复合薄膜包装水后进行了现场试验研究。结果表明,通过对导水涂层纤维的涂层材料成分和导水涂层纤维密度的调整,可实现蓄水渗膜的合理的渗水速度及对土壤湿度的自调节功能,保证了树苗的扎根存活率。It proposed the water-releaze coated fibre which is a new kind of afforestation material and technology applied in decertified area. It is made of vegetable fibre with molecular conductivity coating on the surface of fibre. The desorption properties of coating material on coated water-releaze fibres, slow and controllable water-releaze rules and the combination properties of the coating were analysed by thermal multi-analyzer, stereescan photogragh, optical microscope, microscopic image analyzer and moisture rapid-testing equipment. Field investigations were carried out after the composite film's packing water with coated fibre. The results show that slow and controllable water-releaze function can be fulfilled by adjusting the material component and density of the water-releaze coated fibre, from the data obtained experimentally. Self-adjusting of the fibre to soil moisture is realized based on this rule, so that appropriate soil moisture for plants to survive can be formed.
