摘　　要：分析了《傅青主女科》中不孕症的治疗特色,总结出傅氏治疗不孕,在理法方药上,有以下3个特点:一是重视调补脾肾,尤其补肾填精;二是重视调护气血;三是用药轻灵,多用甘润之品,注意动静平和。This paper briefly analyzes the therapeutic features of sterility in Fu Qing - zhu on Women＇Disease. It summarizes that there are three following features in Theory - Method - Prescription - Medicine of therapy on sterility： 1. Emphasize on regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney, especially reinforcing kidney to replenish essence; 2. Emphasize on regulating and defending Qi and blood; 3. Use herbs lightly and flexibly that are mostly sweet and nourishing, and notice their balance between activeness and calmness.
