平咳喘颗粒主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察平咳喘颗粒主要药理作用。方法:采用枸椽酸钠引咳试验观察对豚鼠的止咳作用;采用酚红排泌试验观察对小鼠的化痰作用;采用组织胺喷雾试验观察对豚鼠的平喘作用。结果:平咳喘颗粒具有止咳、排痰、平喘作用。结论:平咳喘颗粒可用于久咳不愈的变异性哮喘症的治疗。To observe the main effect on pharmacology of Pingkechuan Pellet. Metheds： We adopted the cough experiment with natrium eitrieum to observe the effect on reheving cough of guinea - pig. We adopted the depletion sputum experiment with phenol red to observe the effect on eliminating phlegm of mice. We adopted the nebulization with ergamine to observe the effect on antasthmatie of guinea-pig. Conclusion： The results showed that Pingkechuan pellet had the effect on reheving cough, eliminating phlegm and antasthmatic.
