扶正消积胶囊对荷瘤动物免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正消积胶囊给药后对荷瘤动物的免疫功能影响。方法:以接种H22昆明小鼠为对象,分别观察扶正消积胶囊对小鼠网状内皮细胞吞噬功能的影响,迟发性超敏反应的影响,小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果:扶正消积胶囊在一定程度上能提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,并呈明显的量效关系。结论:扶正消积胶囊可用于肺脏肿瘤的治疗。Object： To observe the condition of immunocompetence of animals with malignant tumor which took Fuzkeng Xiaoji capsule. Methods： We adopted the Kunming mices which be vaccinated with H22 tumor as targets to observe respectively the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoji capsule on activity of retothel phagocytosis, delayed hypersensitivity and the function of humoral immunity of mices which took Fuzheng Xiaoji capsule. Conclusion： Fuzheng Xiaoji capsule could increase the immunocompetence of mices with malignant tumor to a certain extent, and had obvious dose-effect relationship.
