摘 要:(1)目的了解枢椎形态和结构的性别地区差异,(2)方法对通辽与长春两地区129套成人枢椎(男76套,女53套)进行了测量,指标包括齿突高,全高,椎体高,矢径,全宽,椎孔矢径和椎孔横径,计算了椎体指数和椎孔指数,对所得数据进行统计学处理。(3)结果枢椎7项测量指标,除椎孔矢径与横径(长春地区的椎孔横径除外)以及通辽地区齿突高外,其性别差异均具有显著性(t=0.03~1.95,P均〉0.05)。Objective To understand the sex and district differences of human axis. Method 129 human axis (M 76; F 53) from Tongliao (M 23, F 17) and Changchun districts(M 53; F 36) were studied and seven measurements on the axis were made including odontoid process, total height, height of vertebral body, antero-posterior diameter, total breadth, antero-posterior diameter of vertebral foramen and maximum transverse diameter of vertebral foramen. Two indices were calculated: vertebral body index and vertebral foramen index. Result The results demonstrated that most of the measurements female except odontoid process had no statistical differences between the two districts, while the differences between the two sexes were significant except the antero-posterior diameter and maximum transverse diameter of vertebral foramen. Of the indices, there was no statistical differences between the two districts and sexes. Conclusion There is no statistical differences both in measurements and indices between the two districts.
