摘　　要：详细介绍了城市水资源管理信息系统的结构和功能。本文深入GIS的功能和水资源管理的实际,阐明了应用Arcview构建水资源管理信息系统过程中的信息收集、储存、分析以及二次开发的方法和过程,分析了两者结合应用的可行性和优越性,并讨论了这种方法在水资源决策支持等方面的广泛应用前景。The structure and function of information system for urban water resources management were introduced. Based on the functions of GIS and the practice of water resources managment,the practicability and the superiority of combinative application are analysed,and then,the methodology and process of the collection,storage and analysis of information and redevelopment of system in water resources management based on ArcView were presented in this paper.The wide prospects of application in the water resources modelling and the assistant decision support were also discussed.
