摘  要:试验以野生樱桃李种子为材料,通过用机械去壳、去种皮、低温及赤霉素对野生樱桃李种子进行不同处理,研究了不同处理对野生樱桃李休眠及萌发的影响。结果表明:野生樱桃李种子经过100d左右的低温层积,其萌发率可达到72%,随着野生樱桃李低温层积时间的延长,其种子萌发率逐渐提高;野生樱桃李的种壳和种皮不同程度抑制种子萌发,去除种壳可使萌发日提前,同时去除种壳和种皮,可立即解除种子休眠,使种子萌发率达到78%;GA3对带壳种子的萌发有一定作用,但解除休眠、促进萌发的效果并不明显。The effects of endocarp, seed - coat, GA3 and stratification on seed dormancy and germination were studied with wild cherry plum. The findings indicated that the seeds under low temperature at 4℃ could get a certain percentage of germination about 72% after about 100 days. The percentage of germination increases gradually as the stratification time extends; the endocarp and seed - coat inhibit the germination in different degree, the stratification time of the seeds without endocarp was ahead of schedule, both removing the endocarp and seed - coat could break the dormancy immediately, the percentage of the germination reached 78 % ;the dormancy of the seed could be affected by treating with different concentration of GA3, but the effect on breaking dormancy and accelerating gemination was not obvious.
