新疆陆地棉转化雪莲XLPEBP基因的研究

摘　　要：研究构建了一个含有除草剂基因和雪莲XLPEBP基因的重组质粒pXLPEBP,以新疆陆地棉(新石K5和新陆早17号)为材料,采用花粉管通道法进行转基因研究,对转基因后代进行除草剂筛选和PCR鉴定,结果表明,除草剂基因及雪莲XLPEBP基因已经整合到陆地棉基因组中。By pollen- tube pathway, plasmid pXLPEBP cotaining XLPEBP and selective marker gene of bar were transformed into two cotton cultivars （XSK5 and XLZ17）. Cotton offspring were used to be examined by herbicide and PCR, and the result indicated that XLPEBP and herbicide had integrated wtth cotton genome.
