摘  要:报道了贵州引种栽培大葱小孢子的形成过程。结果:大葱花粉母细胞减数分裂的第I次和第Ⅱ次核分裂之间没有一个短暂的间期阶段;胞质分裂属连续型;四分孢子有3种构型;减数分裂不同步现象明显,其分裂过程与原产地基本一致。不同的是,在分裂中期I,Ⅱ阶段的染色体常出现胶合。The present paper reports on the formation of microspore in Allium fistulosum and naturalized in Guizhou. There is not a brief interphase between the meiosis Ⅰ and Ⅱ. , cultivated The cytokinesis of the microspore mother cell in meiosis is of the continuous type. There are three types of microspore tetrads. The pollen mother cells are not of the same meiosis stages during the meiosis. The process of the meiosis of Allium fistulosum is almost the same as that of the place of ence is that the chromosomes often fasten together during the stage of metaphases Ⅰ origin. The difference is that the chromosomes often fasten together during the stage of metaphases Ⅰ and Ⅱ.
