摘 要:目的评价电极法与酶法测定血清中总二氧化碳(TCO2)的可靠性及临床应用,为临床方法的选择和实验结果的评价提供理论依据。方法依据美国国家临床实验室标准委员会(NC—CLS)有关文件对酶法与电极法测定血清中TCO2进行相关性比较以及对两种测定方法的线性、精密度进行评价。结果酶法与电极法相关性比较,相关系数r=0.9811,预期相对偏差在15mmol/L时为-1.30%,在25mmol/L时为0.94%,在50mmol/L时为2.62%。酶法与电极法线性范围较宽,线性回归方程分别为Y=0.9814X-1.4247和Y=0.9871X-0.6005,相关系数均为r=0.9997。两种方法的精密度均很好,酶法与电极法批内及总不精密度(用CV表示)均小于5.3%。结论酶法与电极法测定血清中的TCO2的相关性、线性、精密度均很好,具有可比性,均适用于临床实验室检测,各实验室可根据自己的条件选择不同的检测方法。Objective To evaluate the reliability of electrodes and enzymatic methods in detecting total carbon dioxide(TCO2). Methods According to the NCCLS Documents,TCO2 was measured respectively by electrodes and enzymatic methods. The result and relativity between the two methods were compared , the linearity and the precision of the two methods were evaluated. Results Comparing the two methods for TCO2, the correlative coefficient was 0. 9811, the bias was -1.30% at 15 mmol/L or 0.94% at 25 mmol/L or 2.62% at 50 mmol/L,the linear regression equations of enzymatic and electrodes methods were Y= 0. 9814X - 1. 4247 and Y= 0. 9871X - 0. 6005, correlative coefficient was 0. 9997. The two methods showed an good precision , the within run and the total imprecision (CV)were lower than 5.30% with electrodes and enzymatic methods. Conclusion Electrodes and enzymatic methods had fairly good comparability,the linear ranges and the precision of their regression equations meet the clinical needs. Both of the two methods are suitable for the clinical laboratories. Laboratories can choose anyone according to their condition.
