肾衰保肾胶囊延缓腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药方剂肾衰保肾胶囊对腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:通过灌服腺嘌呤建立大鼠慢性肾衰模型,检测各组大鼠血浆BUN、Scr的变化,肾脏组织切片做HE、Masson染色,在光学显微镜下观察肾脏病理改变与肾纤维化情况。结果:肾衰保肾胶囊能够显著改善腺嘌呤致CRF大鼠的肾功恶化(P<0.01),降低蛋白尿(P<0.01),有效延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展。Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicinal formula: Shenshuai Baoshen Capsule on chronic renal failure of rats induced by adenine.Method: The rat model of chronic renal failure was induced by gastric infusion of adenine.The changes of BUN and Scr in rat blood serum were analyzed,and the renal pathological changes and the fibrosis of kidney organization were measured by observing the slices of kidney organization that stained by HE and Masson.Results: Shenshuai Baoshen Capsule could significantly improve the aggravation of renal function induced by adenine(P<0.01),reduce albuminuria(P<0.01) and effectively postpone the development of chronic renal failure.
