摘  要:根据单相重合闸期间断开相电压在永久性故障和瞬时性故障时的不同特点,研制出了集成电路式永久性故障判别装置.静态模拟试验表明:电路设计正确、工作可靠;能够正确判别永久性故障和瞬时性故障.此装置可有效地防止当永久性故障时使系统和断路器受到故障电流的再次冲击.An integrated circuit based distinguishing device for permanent fault during single phase reclosing is developed. The device works on the difference between the characteristics of permanent faults and temporary faults. The results of static simulation tests show that the designed circuit is correct and the device is of reliable work performance. The device can be used to prevent effectively power system and circuit breaker from affecting again by fault current during single phase reclosing under a permanent fault condition.
