摘　　要：针对高层建筑施工中沉降观测的基本要求和施测步骤,阐述了沉降观测中常见问题的处理方法,以避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝,从而提高建筑施工中沉降观测的质量。In light of basic requirements and steps of settlement observation in high-rise building construction, the author illustrates the treatment methods for its common problems, in order to avoid the damage of main building structure and the crack influencing utilizing function of the structure caused by settlement, and to improve the quality of settlement observation in building construction.
