摘　　要：目的:建立测定养精胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C_(18)柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30:70);流速:0．8ml/min;检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在122．2～611．0 ng范围呈良好线性关系,r=0．999 6,平均回收率98．2％,RSD 1．33％。结论:本法简便可行,准确性高,重现性好,适用于该制剂含量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of Icarrin in Yangjing Capsule. Methods： The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 column （250mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （30 ： 70） with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was at 270 nm. Results： The linear range of icarrin was 122.2～611.0 ng （r = 0.9996）. The average recovery was 98.2% （RSD： 1.33%）. Conclusion： The established method is simple, convenient, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of Icarrin content in Yangjing capsule.
