摘　　要：铁路系统机车发动机的清洗作业量日益加大,自动化清洗成为一个急待解决的问题。此清洗台车就是机车发动机自动化清洗作业中的关键设备,主要包括运行机构、底盘结构、牵引机构、控制电路四部分。对总体方案设计进行了详细论述,对结构进行了优化设计,系统采用PLC控制。The cleaning trolley is used to clean the locomotive engine and other big spare parts. The main designing work of the cleaning trolley include four parts： design of the moving machine, the chassis structure, towing machine and control circuit. The general plant layout is discussed in particular and the mechanical structure is optimal designed in the paper.
