摘　　要：针对蜡印布印度蓝IBN染料染色过程中存在的染色不匀、渗透性差和钻染透底等现象,提出了相应的解决方法,诸如选择硬度为55或60邵氏硬度的轧辊;二次煮练,半制品毛效可达12 cm/30 m in以上;改进染色设备和调整染色工艺等。Reasons for uneven dyeing and poor penetration in dyeing wax prints are analyzed, corresponding solutions are put forward, such as selection of roller with 55or 60 Shore hardness, twice scouring for capillary effect above 12 cm/30minutes, restructuring dyeing machinery, as well as adjusting the dyeing procedures.
