摘　　要：通过借鉴国内外新城建设的经验,结合沈阳市蒲河新城发展的背景和影响因素,从空间结构方面提出了蒲河新城的发展模式,并提出了蒲河新城的发展策略和保障措施。Through using the experiences of new town construction at home and abroad and combined with background and influential factors of Puhe new town＇ s development in Shenyang, this paper proposes the development mode of Puhe new town from spatial structure, and puts forward its developing strategy and safeguard measures.
