摘 要:对丽格海棠幼嫩叶片和叶柄离体培养与植株再生过程进行了研究,建立了丽格海棠的再生体系。该体系是以1cm^2左右带叶脉的幼嫩叶切片为外植体;丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L或Ms+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+4%芦荟原汁,接种培养30-40d;丛生芽继代培齐基为Ms+6-BA 0.05mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,培养时间20d;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5mg/L,培养时间30d。该体系的建立对丽格海棠种苗快速繁殖和规模化生产将有着重要的指导意义。Plant regeneration system from Rieger begonia leaf culture was studied and established. The results showed that petiole Rieger begonia leaf with main vein( 1 cm^2) was used as explants; the optimum medittm for adventitious shoot induction was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 nag/L or MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 nag/L + 4% aloe juice, and abundant shoots were obtained after 30-40d from pre-cultured explants on the medium. MS + 6-BA 0.05 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L and 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L was suitable medium for shoot multiplication and rooting, respectively.
