摘　　要：结合工程实例,对造成钻孔灌注桩护筒冒水、孔壁坍陷、钻孔偏斜、桩底沉渣量过多、长钻等质量问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了防治措施,并对水下混凝土灌注过程中出现的卡管、钢筋笼上浮等施工质量问题的原因及防治措施进行了阐述,供类似工程参考借鉴。Combined with practical engineering, the author analyzes the causes of quality problems in bored cast-in-situ pile construction as water oozing from pile casting, collapse of hole wall, deflection of drilling, excess detritus quantities at pile toe and long borer auger, proposes preventive measures, and illustrates the causes and preventive measures of construction quality problems in the process of underwater concrete grouting as long pipe and floating of reinforced steel cage, which to offer a reference for similar project.
