摘 要:由于化肥的大量使用,扬州市菜场蔬菜中硝酸盐已有不同程度的积累,但总体含量较低。各种蔬菜对NO3--N含量的积累各有不同,变异系数也有较大差异。Due to the extensive use of fertilizers, there were the different levels of nitrate accumulation in the vegetable land in Yangzhou City, but it was generally lower. The accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in vegetable varied and the coefficient of variation was also quite different. Ammonium nitrate accumulation in vegetable with the comprebensive way of fertilization was significantly higher than with one way of fertilization. In the balanced fertilization, the accumulation of nitrate in vegetable was significantly lower than single fertilization. Balanced fertilization can reduce the nitrate content in vegetable.
