摘　　要：对目前建设项目招投标的现状进行了全面的分析,结合哲学的辩证思维方法论述了我国现行招投标制度的利与弊,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的改革措施。The article analyzes the existing condition of nowadays construction project bidding, discusses advantages and disadvantages of current available bidding system in our country combined with dialectical thinking method in psychology, and proposes relevant reforming measures in light of the existing problems.
