摘  要:利用大功率CO_2激光烧结新工艺制备钨酸铝负温度系数热敏电阻材料,发现材料在一定温度范围内阻温特性呈线性关系.研究激光烧结工艺条件对材料特性的影响.XRD及XPS的研究发现了具有类钙钛矿结构钨青铜导电相AlxWO3。Thermosensitive material of aluminum tungstate with negative temperature coefficient (NTC) has been prepared by a high power CO 2 laser. It has been found by experiment that the resistance temperature characteristic of the samples is a linear one within a certain temperature range. The effect of the processing condition on the material characteristics is studied. The conducting Al x WO 3 phase with a link perovskite tungsten bronze structure has been found by investigation with XRD and XPS, which gives the ceramics semiconductivity and NTC.
