改良法注射消痔灵治疗脏器大囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下改良法注射消痔灵对脏器大囊肿的疗效。方法将154例患者分为改良法治疗组和常规治疗组,改良治疗组68例患者共76个脏器大囊肿,在超导引导下抽尽囊液后注射消痔灵60ml,硬化5min抽出,再注入1/8囊液量的消痔灵保留;常规治疗组86例共96个大囊肿在抽尽囊液后注入1/8囊液量的消痔灵保留。治疗后3月复查B超。结果①改良组76个脏器大囊肿治愈64个,治愈率为84.2%;常规组96个脏器大囊肿治愈60个,治愈率为62.5%,改良组的治愈率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。②两组出现的并发症和不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下改良法注射消痔灵能明显提高脏器大囊肿的治愈率,是治疗脏器大囊肿安全有效的方法。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of the Xiao-Zhi-Ling（XZL） for big visceral cysts injected by improved way under ultrasound graphic guidance（UGG）. Methods XZL were injected into the 76 big visceral cysts from 68 patients by improved way（ first injecting 60ml XZL ,5min later, injecting 1/8cyst-liquid XZL after the XZL in cyst were taken out） ,and into 96 visceral big cysts from 86 patients by routine way （ injecting 1/8 cyst-liquid XZL after cyst liquid was taken out completely）. All patients underwent ultrasound examination after 3 mouths. Results The cure rate of 84.2% （64/76） in the improved way group was higher than that of 62.5% （ 60/96 ） in the routine way group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no apparent difference in the syndrome and improper reactions （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The improved way of treating visceral big cysts by injecting XZL under ultrasonographic guidance can apparently increase the cure rate of big cyst and is an effective and safety way to treating visceral big cysts.
