昭通市2005年医疗机构法定传染病疫情漏报调查

摘　　要：目的贯彻落实《传染病防治法》和《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》,加强法定传染病疫情报告的监督管理,完善网络直报。方法对昭通市辖区内118所医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告管理及报告卡片质量进行抽查。结果抽查法定传染病9种4896例,报告4677例,报告率95·53%,漏报率4·47%;市、县、乡、民营医院和个体诊所报告率分别为98·53%,95·85%,87·92%,73·53%和33·30%。结论各级医疗机构均有疫情漏报,重点要加强乡镇卫生院、民营医院和个体诊所的监管,以防法定传染病在本地区流行。Objective To carry out the law of preventing infectious diseases and ordinance for meeting emergency events on public health; To strengthen supervising and managing on the report of infectious diseases; to perfect procedure of direct report online. Methods 118 medical organizations, hospitals and clinics in the area under jurisdiction were checked randomly. Resuits 4 896 cases belonging to 9 kinds of legal infectious diseases have been selectively checked, among which 4 677cases have been reported, taking up 95. 53% of the whole. 4. 47% failed to be reported. The rate of report is 98. 53% for city medical organizations, 95.85% for county hospitals, 87. 92% for village clinics, 73.53% for collective clinics and 33.30% for individual clinics. Conclusions The condition of failing to report of legal communicable diseases reaide in the various levels of medical organizations. The hospitals in towns, villages and individual clinics should still be potentiated for preventing prevalence Of legal infectious diseases in the locality.
