摘　　要：目的探讨湖北省全球基金疟疾项目防治对策,评价防治效果。方法采取控制传染源为主的综合防治措施,重点加强疟疾病人的管理及预防服药,加强疫情管理,完善疫情网络直报系统,规范发热门诊,强化乡村医生的培训和健康教育的力度。结果项目地区疟疾发病率连续2年大幅度下降,2004年比2003年和2005年比2004年疟疾发病率分别下降66.49%和2.40%。疟疾高发区逐步缩小,疫情漏报率显著下降,现症病人治疗、疟史休治等抗疟措施落实程度有很大提高,居民和小学生对疟防知识的知晓率明显提高,群众对疟防工作的依从性已有了明显改进。结论项目地区目前所采取的疟疾防治措施行之有效,疟疾发病得到有效控制,今后应继续采取以控制传染源为主的综合性防治措施。Objective To analyzed the measures of the Global Fund for Malaria Control in Hubei and evaluate the control effects three years after implementation. Methods Integrated control measures with the control of sources of infection as the main one were taken including strengthening management of malarial patients and prophylaxis, improving the direct on - line report of infections, standardized management of fever outpatients, intensifying training of village doctors and health educaiton. Results The incidence of Malaria in FIubei Province dropped sharply continuously in the past two years. The high endemic areas gradually shrank. The missing report rate malaria cases reduced remarkably. Conclusion The present measures for malaria control in Hubei are effective and malaria infection has been controlled. Integrated measures with the control of sources of infection as the main one be earries out in the future.
