薄层比色法对953口服液中齐墩果酸的含量测定

摘　　要：本实验采用酸水解氯仿萃取同步法提取齐墩果酸，然后进行薄层一比色测定。展开剂：石油醚－氯仿－冰酸酸（１０：１０：１）显色剂：碘蒸气。定量研究了９５３口服液中主要有效成分齐墩果酸的含量为１６．２％，平均回收率９９．１９％。此法简易，可以作为９５３口服液制剂质量监控指标。The synchronism method of hydrolysis of chloroform extraction was adopted to extract oleanolic acid in the experiment,and then thin-layer colorimetric determination was made Developers were petroleum ethor-chloroformglacial acetic acid and color-cleveloping agent-iodine steam,Quatitutive oralysrs was made of oleanolic acid the essential component in oral liquid 953 the content of oleanolic acid was l6. 2 per cent.and the average recovery was 99. 9 per cent.We think the method is easy and can be used for quality control index of oral liquid 953.
