摘　　要：本文全面系统地描述了广西省大瑶山瑶族地区石牌制的基本含义及其发展演变历程,分析了石牌制在大瑶山特殊历史时期的法治和社会功能,在此基础上,针对瑶族地区客观的社会现实,立足于依法治国的社会大背景,从民间法和国家法两个角度,探寻瑶族地区法治建设的新思路。This article describes the meanings and development history of Shipai Convention of Yao minority in Dayaoshan, Guangxi province in a whole and systematic view. The law and social function of Shipai Convention in specific historical period was analyzed. Based on the objective social institution of Yao area and the social context of establishing a country under the rule of law, this article tries to explore new ways to build the law system in Yao area from the folk law and national law perspective.
