临床路径在子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径在子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法,将子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者分成两组,每组各36例。实验组按制定好的医护临床路径表和患者版临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作;对照组实施常规整体护理。结果实验组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患者对疾病认知程度和服务满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者应用临床路径,可缩短平均住院日、降低医疗费用,有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理,使患者获得最佳的医疗护理服务,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To study the efficacy of clinical pathway in uterine leiomyoma patients receiving hysterectomy. Methods Patients were randomly sampled into 2 groups （ n = 36）. After hysterectomy, patients in the experimental group were cared （diagnosis, treatment, nursing, and rehabilitation） according to the clinical pathway table; patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions. Results The average days of hospitalization and the average costs of hospitalization of the experimental group were obviously shorter and less than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;patients in the experimental group had a better knowledge of diseases and satisfaction rate toward treatment than those in control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in nursing care for uterine leiomyoma patients receiving hysterectomy can effectively decrease the hospital stay and costs after hysterectomy. It is also helpful for patients to cooperate with doctors in diagnosis, treatment and nursing ,thus increases the satisfaction rate of patients and provides the best service for them.
