摘  要:目的了解住院患者健康教育需求及教育成效影响因素,为提高健康教育质量提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法,分两部分分别对2005年10—11月在广州一所综合性三甲医院住院的患者370名、护士298名进行调查。结果患者对住院期间健康教育及出院教育有强烈需求;护士对实施健康教育有了比较正确的认识和态度。在实施住院期间及出院教育过程中,护士强调遇到以下困难:工作任务重,难以及时了解新知识;患者认知能力有限;对护士的信任度低等。护士专业自信感不足影响了教育成效。信论护士应注意与时俱进、及时更新知识,在提高健康教育能力、强化责任意识的同时,还要注重培养专业的自信感,以确保健康教育成效稳步提高。Objective To explore the health education needs and the factors affecting its effectiveness among inpatients,so as to improve the quality of health education practice, Methods Data were collected from 370 inpatients and 298 nurses by self report questionnaires during October and November, 2005 in a comprehensive hospital in Guangzhou. Results Inpatients expressed their needs for health education strongly during hospitalization and discharge. In addition,nurses reported that they took a more active attitude towards health education practice despite that most of them encountered many difficulties such as heavy duty, renewing knowledge quickly, low reception and confidence from patients, and lack of confidence in themselves while implementing health education. Conclusion Nurses should keep pace with the times;they need update their knowledge and improve their ability in order sponsibility should be emphasized and confidence to implement health education practice effectively. Retowards nursing profession should be established.
