摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查法和专家访谈法,对我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改造进行初步的研究。认为职业足球俱乐部进行股份制改造应对其现有的有形资产和无形资产进行资产评估,折价入股。在设立方式的选择上适宜于采用发起设立方式。By the methods of studying the documents, investigation and comulting experts, the paper makes a primary research on shareholding system transformation of professional football club in China. It considers that professional football club should make a assets assessment on its tangible and intangible assets, then change them into some shares at a discount. The way to set up should apply the methods of setting up intimately.
