摘　　要：对鸡端粒酶反转录酶基因和蛋白的分子特性以及其结构与功能进行了综述,为鸡端粒酶的深入研究以及其与肿瘤发生的相关性研究提供参考。Telomerase activity is necessary in maintaining the termini of linear chromosomes.Tumorigenesis has intimate relationship with the structure of telomerase and telomere. The study on chTERT revealed the development of virus tumor such as Merie＇s Disease Virus.In this text the research on the structure and function and the molecule characteristics of the chTERT gene and protein was reviewed to supply reference for deeper research of chTERT and the relationship with development of tumor.
