摘  要:对培矮64S在自然条件下进行分期播种试验。结果表明:培矮64S在湛江地区有明显的不育期、育性转换期和可育期;不育期较长且育性稳定,连续不育天数为68d;可育期内自交结实率较高,但可育期较短;育性转换敏感期为抽穗前20~10天,最敏感期为抽穗前17~13天,育性转换临界温度约26.1℃。培矮64S在湛江自然生态条件下可以安全制种,也可自交繁殖,但自交繁殖产量不能保证。In order to study the characteristics of fertility alteration and the utilization of Pei'ai64S in Zhanjiang, Leizhou Peninsula, Pei'ai 64 S was sowed under natural conditions in different sowing dates in 2005 ~2006. The results showed that Pei'ai 64 S had obvious sterile, fertilitytransitionary and fertile periods. The sterile period was 68 days long and stable. The fertile period was short, and Pei'ai 64 S had a high self-seed rate in Zhanjiang, The sensitive stage of fertility alteration was 20-10 d before ear emergence, and the most sensitive stage was 17~13 d before ear emergence. The critical temperature was about 26.1 ℃. Therefore, Pei'ai 64 S could be multiplied and produced hybrid-seeds safely, but it was difficult to ensure the production of self-seeds in Zhanjiang.
