安徽稻区稻瘟病菌生理小种的鉴定及优势小种的初步预测

摘　　要：选取来自不同地区的57个单孢菌株进行生理小种鉴定,结果初步表明:目前安徽省稻瘟病菌优势种群为ZB种群,ZB13和ZB15为优势小种;优势小种在不同地区的分布情况基本一致;优势小种在不同的水稻品种上出现的频率存在着一定的差异,不同地区相同品种上分离到的稻瘟菌种群和小种组成差异不大。The race and population of 57 strains of Pyricularia grisea in Anhui were identified and the results showed that the dominant population of Pyricularia grisea was ZB, and the dominant race was ZB 13 and ZB 15. The frequency of dominant races and population were similar and the dominant race of Pyricularia grisea was differently occurred in various rice cuhivars, but was occurred in the same rice cuhivars in different counties.
