摘 要:探讨了不同用量多效唑拌种和7.5叶期喷施不同浓度的多效唑对弱筋小麦宁麦9号籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:多效唑拌种和7.5叶期喷施均能有效控制基部节间长度,显著降低株高,前者通过增粒增重提高产量,后者通过增穗增粒增重提高产量;两者都能降低籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉淀值,对粉质参数也有不同的影响。但多效唑拌种以拌种量0.5kg/g为宜,7.5叶期喷施浓度以225mg/kg为宜。The effect of seeds treated with different dosages PP333 and spraying different concentration PP333 in 7.5 leaf stage on grain yield and quality of weak gluten wheat Ningmal 9 were discussed. The results indicated that seeds treated with PP333 and spraying in 7.5 leaf stage could effectively control the length of bottom internodes, also obviously decrease plant height. The former increased yield by enhancing grain number and weight, while the latter increased yield by enhancing spikelet number, grain number and weight. Both of them decreased grain protein content, wet gluten content and sedimentation value, and had different effects on farinograph parameters. The experiment also showed that effect of PP333 on grain yield and quality was not linear.
