张家港三大工业园区生态工业园建设指标体系研究

摘　　要：基于生态工业园的定义及指标体系的研究成果,以张家港保税区暨张家港物流园区、扬子江化学工业园区等三大工业园区为例,综合考虑生态工业园的普遍特征和目标园区的具体特征,采用层次分析法,建立了规划园区生态工业园建设的指标体系,并就核心指标的选取和取值进行了说明,为生态工业园的建设提供评判依据和决策参考。The construction of eco-industrial parks （EIP） was an effective approach which developed harmonious relationship between industrial production and environment. On the basis of the definition and research experience of EIP, the practice modes in Zhangjiagang free trade zone of China, Zhangjiagang bonded logistics park of china, Jiangsu Yangtze river international chemical industrial park as references were used. Universal characteristic of EIP was combined with the goal EIP＇s. The method of Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied. An evaluation indicator for the EIP was designed. And the selection and calculation of the core indicators were explained in order to offer evaluating basis and decisionmaking reference for EIP construction.
