摘　　要：提出了UG加工数据库应用的一种实用方案,通过UG内置加工数据库与刀具库存管理系统数据库的集成,实现数控编程系统与刀具库存管理系统的信息共享。在应用UG进行数控编程时,编程人员调用统一的加工数据库,包括刀具参数库、刀具材料库、加工方法库、工件材料库及切削参数库,共享加工经验,有助于提高数控编程效率以及加工合格率。It puts forward a practical solution based on UG machining library, which integrates UG inner machining library and tool inventory management system database, shares the information between NC programming system and tools management system. In the process of NC programming, programmers can be decided with experiences and the unified machining database consisting of tool parameters, tool materials, cut methods, part materials and machining data. The solution improves NC programming efficiency and machining quality.
