影响螺杆钻具工作寿命的使用因素分析

摘　　要：在定向井、水平井等特殊工艺井施工过程中,螺杆钻具的工作寿命直接影响施工井的生产时效和钻井周期。在螺杆钻具结构设计及生产质量确定的情况下,现场应用技术水平对其使用寿命的影响也非常明显。合理正确地使用螺杆钻具,可充分发挥其潜在工作寿命。文中以两套Φ172进口可调弯角式螺杆钻具在井使用情况为例,分析了影响螺杆钻具工作寿命的现场使用因素,结合目前现场应用条件,提出了针对性的技术措施,对现场合理使用螺杆钻具、提高其工作寿命具有一定的借鉴作用。During the drilling operation of directional wells and horizontal wells, there are many factors that may obviously influence working life of screw drill, which include the usepattern of screw drill, the control of drilling fluid performance, the optimization drilling parameters and operational method, etc. Screw drill can be damaged in advance of the expected working life in the condition of unreasonable use. This paper analyzed some factors that influence working life of downhole motors with examples of two sets of imported. Also some technical measures are presented to instruct the proper use of downhole motors in practice.
