循环采油技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对格鲁吉亚国家十二区块塔里巴尼油田的油井出泥砂严重的问题,研究开发了一种循环采油的工艺技术,该技术对于采油过程中出泥砂严重的油井起到了很好的预防作用,通过现场试验、应用延长了油井的维修周期,大大降低了维修井的费用,并在该油田推广应用,起到了很好的效果,取得了良好的经济效益。文中介绍了该油田的油井出泥砂的原因和对采油的危害、过去在采油过程中存在的问题,循环采油技术工艺的试验、流程和所用设备的工作程序、技术参数以及现场实施应用等。In order to resolve the problem of oil well sanding in Tanibani oil field of No.12 district in Georgia, a kind of circulation oil recovery technology was researched. The technology can be used to forecast the serious sand producing in oil well. By field test and application in Tanibani oilfield, the maintenance cycle of oil well was extended and the maintenance cost of well was cut down, and good economic benefit was obtained. This article introduced the reasons of sand production in oil well, existent problems during oil recovery in past time, the trial of circulation oil recovery technology, working principle and technical parameter of equipment, etc.
