摘　　要：本文以针刺复合小剂量硬膜外麻醉等三种麻醉方法．在施行胃大部切除术前、术中、术后，通过检测14例SCE诱变指标和RNA、DNA含量及RNA/DNA比率的动态改变，提示了：针刺复合小剂量硬膜外麻醉、针刺麻醉、硬膜外麻醉无致突变、致癌、致畸征象。In the present paper, three anesthetic methods including acupuncture combined with peridural anesthesia of small dose of anesthics used in subtotal gastrectomy are introduced. Changes in SCE (sister chromatid exchange) contents of RNA and DNA and RNA/DNA before, during and after operation are measured in 14 patients. Results suggest that acupuncture combined with peridual anesthesia, acupunctrue anesthesia and peridual anesthesia all have no any effect in inducing rnutation. carcinoma and aberration
