摘　　要：分析和探讨了图书馆文献信息资源建设如何为独立学院的教学和科研提供文献信息保障服务等问题。This paper analyzes on and probes into the problems of how the construction of literature information resources of the libraries to provide the guarantee and service for the teaching and scientific research of the independent colleges.
