摘  要:设计单晶熔炼炉和单晶结晶器炼制单晶Cu-Al-Be和Cu-Al-Ni来减轻晶界影响。该装置的新颖性在于单晶结晶器从单晶炉的顶端自上而下通过整个炉膛完成选晶,并且保证单晶稳定生长。试验研究表明,自行设计制造的单晶定向凝固炉成功地拉制出了Cu-Al-Be形状记忆合金单晶试样。The shape memory effects and mechanical properties of β-Cu based shape memory alloy can be badly deteriorated by high elastic anisotropy factors and large grain size, which can heavily obstruct industrial application. Based on above reasons, a single crystal furnace and crystallizer were designed to prepare single crystal Cu-Al-Be and Cu-Al-Ni alloy, in which the effects of grain boundary is relieved. The novelty of the apparatus is that the crystallizer goes through the furnace from the upper to bottom to ensure stabilization of single crystal growth. The experimental results verify that the self-designed single crystal directional furnace has successfully prepared single crystal Cu-Al-Be shape memory alloy.
