摘  要:以45#钢-铜配副在浸油状态下进行磨损试验,采用自行构建的磨粒分析系统考察不同磨损阶段产生的磨粒形态,测量多种磨粒表征参数,并就各表征参数与摩擦力的关联性进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:磨粒群体中轮廓分形维数的分布呈正态分布;磨粒分形维数相对于其它表征参数而言,和摩擦力相关性更大。In this paper,the wear test of a brass ring against a steel ring is conducted in the 20^# lubrication oil.The wear particles produced in different wear periods are analyzed by measuring system including of optical microscope,pick-up camera and computer.Different characterization parameter of wear particles are calculated.The results indicate that fractional dimensions of wear particles group present normal distribution and has a good correlation to the friction force comparing with other parameter.These results could be information and helpful to the identification of wear states by study wear particles.
