摘  要:目的探讨实时三维彩色多普勒超声心动图定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流的价值。方法对63例二尖瓣偏心反流患者分别用连续方程法及实时三维彩色多普勒方法(3D-color)测量二尖瓣的反流程度,以连续方程法结果为参考标准,分析二者的相关性,建立线性回归方程。结果实时三维法与连续方程法的结果之间有明显相关性(r=0.913,P<0.001),并建立了直线回归方程。结论实时三维彩色多普勒法可以较准确地定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流,在临床上有较广阔的应用前景。Objective To explore the value of the real-time three dimensional color Doppler echocardiography (Rt-3D CDE) in quantitative diagnosis of mitral valvular eccentric regurgitation (MVER) . Methods A total of 63 patients with MVER were studied with continuity equation method and Rt-3D CDE method. The results were analyzed for correlation and regression based on the continuity equation method as a 'reference standard' Results The results of Rt-3D CDE had significant correlation(r= 0. 913,P〈0. 001)with those of continuity equation method and the regression equations were established between them. Conclusions Rt-3D CDE in quantitative diagnosis of MVER had higher accuracy than that of conventional ultrasound. Therefore, in our opinion, it has the superiority to be widely applied in clinical.
